Melissa is an associate at Childress Ahlheim Cary, LLC. Melissa’s previous experience at a large civil defense firm provides her significant knowledge to assist her clients in obtaining the best results. Melissa is experienced in many stages of civil litigation including, pre-suit investigation, motion practice, discovery and trials. Melissa has represented defendants in a large range of cases such as property disputes, toxic tort including asbestos claims, automotive liability and premises and retail liability. Melissa also has Plaintiff’s-side experience in contract law and personal injury.

Melissa is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Women’s Law Association of Greater St. Louis. Melissa also coaches travel volleyball for grade school and junior high girls.
